Spezial, our Vienna style lager, is brewed with a touch of caramel malt to create its distinct soft malty character. It pours deep copper in color with a fluffy off white head. A lightly toasted note is perfectly balanced by a delicate hop character. An open fermentation using our classic lager yeast leaves a crisp and dry finish.
