Pilsner w/ Yuzu
Our Yuzu Pilsner is brewed with Pilsener & CaraPils malts using a traditional step infusion mash. The yuzu juice is added during the boil alongside the aroma hops. After the boil it rests in our copper coolship for 1 hour prior to undergoing a cool open fermentation using a classic lager yeast.
