All our beers are unfilitered, unpasteurized, open fermented & pass through our copper coolship.

  • Antioch

    8.0% abv – Flemish Style Red Ale … Antioch is a blend of ales lying somewhere between the Flemish Red & Oud Bruin styles. Historically it would have been referred to as a “provision beer”, meaning it was stored and aged to allow the flavor to develop.

  • Anytime Lager

  • Dubbel

    7.4% abv. – Belgian Style Dubbel … Pours a dark brown in color with a caramel colored head. Aromas of Belgian yeast esters are balanced out by notes of dark fruit & raisins. The soft floral & spicy bitterness from the Styrian Golding leads to a dry finish.

    5.8% abv. – Fruited Sour Ale … This version of Experimentalis with Limes & Raspberries is a blend of 2 year old ales matured in Gandona Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon (St. Helena, CA) & Matthiasson Vineyards Merlot (Napa, CA) barrels on our greenhouse limes and raspberries.

  • First Class

    4.5%  abv – Belgian style Xtra Hoppy Ale …  Zesty esters, bright hops, perfectly balanced with a stern malt base. Complex and crushable.

  • Fred’s Roggenbier

    5.4%  abv – Roggenbier (Rye Lager) … Caramel balanced by a rye spice pop, earthy hop note and clean finish

  • Galaxia

  • Gorgoroth Whiskey Barrel Blend

    16.66% abv. – Still Oxidized Barley Wine … blend of 1 year old ales matured in rye whiskey & bourbon barrels and 5-year old Solera style barrel wine.

  • Helles

    4.6% – German Style Helles … Our Helles pours golden in color with a white head. Aromas of fresh baked bread & honey are balanced by a soft minty hop character.

  • Helles Spezial

    5.8%  abv – Stronger Helles …  Pours deep golden color, bountiful malt character balanced by just enough noble hops on the back end

  • Hidalgo

    4.5%  abv. – English Bitter … Soft, bready nuances lead each sip with measured hop bitterness beneath. A touch of dark fruit follows after, like plum jelly on a cracker with a kiss of caramel before a crisp finish.

  • Joe’s Mexican White Ale

    Joe’s Mexican White Ale pours straw in color with a fluffy white head. Belgian yeast esters are balanced out with a resfreshing spicyness from the lime peel & coriander. The finish is dry leaving a very resfreshing beer.
