The Brewery

How long have you guys been here?
Brewing commenced in early 2014, and we opened our doors to the public on June 7th, 2014. We have been barrel aging and blending beers as part of the Zymatore project since 2011.

Whoa! I see you have a coolship, what beers go through it?
ALL OF THEM. Our beers spend on average about an hour in the coolship and are then open fermented. Our spontaneous and “semi-spontaneous” beers sit in the coolship overnight and then are transferred to their primary fermentation vessel (oak barrels, stainless, concrete open fermenter, granite, amphorae).

What styles of beers do you produce? Do you filter your beers?
We produce many eccentric styles from lager to English style ales to sours. All of our beers are UNFILTERED.

Do you offer Brewery Tours?
Please check our event page for upcoming tours.

Wholesale/Distribution?
We distribute to 48 states. To inquire about getting our beers for your account, please email info@oecbrewing.com or contact us here.
