Anytime Lager

4.2% abv – Lager … Just enough hop and fermentation character without dominating. Soft malt body. A crushable beer for now, for later, for anytime.

5.2% abv – Czech Style Blonde Lager … Aromas of European hops with a pleasant fermentation character, simultaneously complex and extremely drinkable.
Coolship Lager Amber Smoke

5.4% abv. – Smoked Amber Lager … Soft caramel, luscious body with a subtle, yet growing smokey finish.
Coolship Lager Black

5.4% abv. – Czech Style Dark Lager … Pours black in color with a reddish hue and a fluffy off white head. Notes of dark chocolate & roast balanced by a nice herbal hoppiness.
Dapple

4.2% abv – English Dark Mild Ale … Bitter sweet cocoa, soft hops, fluffy body, extremely drinkable
Dubbel

7.4% abv. – Belgian Style Dubbel … Pours a dark brown in color with a caramel colored head. Aromas of Belgian yeast esters are balanced out by notes of dark fruit & raisins. The soft floral & spicy bitterness from the Styrian Golding leads to a dry finish.
Dunkel

5.4% abv – Munich style Dark Lager … Balanced caramel and delicate roast combine with a soft earthy hop backbone
First Class

4.5% abv – Belgian style Xtra Hoppy Ale … Zesty esters, bright hops, perfectly balanced with a stern malt base. Complex and crushable.
Fred’s Roggenbier

5.4% abv – Roggenbier (Rye Lager) … Caramel balanced by a rye spice pop, earthy hop note and clean finish
Galaxia

6% abv – Hoppy IPL “India Pale Lager” … Bright aromas of galaxy hops, supported by just enough malt to give structure. Hop forward, but still crisp.
Helles

4.6% – German Style Helles … Our Helles pours golden in color with a white head. Aromas of fresh baked bread & honey are balanced by a soft minty hop character.
Helles Spezial

5.8% abv – Stronger Helles … Pours deep golden color, bountiful malt character balanced by just enough noble hops on the back end
Hidalgo

4.5% abv. – English Bitter … Soft, bready nuances lead each sip with measured hop bitterness beneath. A touch of dark fruit follows after, like plum jelly on a cracker with a kiss of caramel before a crisp finish.
Joe’s Mexican White Ale

Joe’s Mexican White Ale pours straw in color with a fluffy white head. Belgian yeast esters are balanced out with a resfreshing spicyness from the lime peel & coriander. The finish is dry leaving a very resfreshing beer.

5.9% abv. – Lent Beer … Lentbier pours copper in color with a fluffy off white head. Notes of caramel & freshly baked bread crust are balanced by spicy hoppiness leaving a clean finish.
Nelson

5.6% abv. – South Pacific Lager … Hoppy notes of kiwi, Sauvignon blanc and citrus. Beautiful Marris Otter base letting the hops shine and remain extremely balanced.

5.8% abv – Czech Dark Lager Aged in Oak … Aroma filled with dark chocolate, roasted malt, and toasted wheat bread. Taste follows aroma plus light oak and a touch of bitterness.
Oolong Kölsch

4.8% abv – Kölsch w/ Oolong Tea & Tangerine Peel … Oolong Kölsch uses Da Hong Pao Oolong (Famous for its Orchid like fragrance & balanced taste) and tangerine peel to create a uniquely balanced cold lagered ale that is in the spirit of a German style Kölsch.

4.0% abv – British Style Bitter … Third Sally is our interpretation of a British Bitter brewed with Maris Otter & a touch of crystal malt. It pours copper in color with a fluffy cream colored head.
