Coolshipped & Open Fermented IPA

Galaxia is our coolshipped & open fermented southern hemisphere IPA. Dry hop, coolship & kettle additions with Australian & New Zealand hops give Galaxia a burst of citrus, passionfruit & berries with a touch of tropical lime in the finish. An open fermentation combined with a touch of wheat & oats create a delightfully soft body. Deep golden in color with a fluffy white head, Galaxia is a cosmic delicacy.

Intense notes of peach, passionfruit, blackberry & a touch of lime in the finish.
