This page is for some of our unusual projects were we blend different beverage types or use unique production methods. Below explains some naming conventions:
Artista Zynergia
Collabortive blend with another brewery
Any beers under the Artista Zynergia label are a collaborative blend with another brewery. A portion of the beer is brewed at another facility & then blended with our beer.
Oryza
Blend of sour beer & sake
A unique blend of sour beer and sake resulting into something closer to a natural sparkling wine. The sake comes from Kikusakari Sakes (Kiuchi Brewery) in Japan.
Hydromelita
Blend of sour beer & mead
A unique blend of sour beer and mead resulting in a sweet & sour braggot. The meads usually come from Makana Meadery in South Africa or Dansk Mjod in Denmark.
Note: Not all of our blends since 2014 are listed here
