Gose Style Sour Ale
Salsus is our interpretation of a rustic Gose. It is triple decocted & brewed using wheat, spelt & barley malts. We use a touch of sea salt & spice it with coriander & pink peppercorns. Its citrusy & lemony tartness is balanced by a touch of salinity and a dry finish.
Matured in several different oak barrels: Cabernet Sauvignon & Chardonnay barrels for 9 months
