Sour Ale With Limes
Lumia is an amber sour ale that was matured in oak barrels on our greenhouse limes. Lumia pours dark amber in color with a small off white head. The acidity from the limes is balanced by a nice malty sweetness. Fruity notes from the wine barrel aging and a nice twang in the finish make for a very refreshing sour ale.
Matured in Cabernet Sauvignon & Chardonnay barrels between 8 and 24 months.
