Sour Ale Matured In Absinthe Barrels
La Fee’ Verte is a blend of 8 month old blond sour ale that is more brettanomyces forward and a 3 year old ale that was matured in a Letherbee distillers Absinthe barrel. The younger portion of the beer was matured in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels (Gandona Vineyards, St. Helena CA) and Merlot battles (Matthiasson Vineyards, Napa CA).
