Still Oxidixed Barley Wine
Gorgoroth is a unique barley that has 2 components: a solera blend of old barley wines matured & oxidized in a 8 year old beer spirit (whisky) barrel & a portion of younger barley. The solera barrel is never emptied and only a portion of it is used for each blend. After the blending of the new Gorgoroth the solera barrel is refilled with young barley wine.
For this blend the younger barley wine was in Peach Street Colorado Straight Bourbon barrels.
