Floresco

Sour Ale

Floresco is a lightly tart sour ale that was matured in oak foeders. Floresco pours light gold in color with a small white head. Notes of citrus and wild yeast (Brettanomyces) interplay nicely with a soft wheaty body ending in a dry & tart finish.

Matured in several different oak barrels:
Hungarian Oak barrels for 6 months
Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 2 years
