Sour Quad matured in Cabernet Sauvignon & Bourbon barrels
Evenstar is a special blend of our Belgian-style Quad soured in Cabernet Sauvignon and bourbon barrels. It pours a deep mahogany in color with a subtle off white head. The nose has intense notes of red wine, vanilla, & dark fruits. The bourbon barrels lend a touch of sweetness leading to a balanced oaky finish.
Aged in Gandona Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon & Dickel Bourbon barrels
