Sour Ale Matured In Oak Barrels
Aura is a blonde sour ale that was matured in oak barrels. Aura pours light gold in color with a small white head. The barrel aging brings out fruity notes reminscent of tangerines & nectarines. A dry finish with a refreshing acidity gives Aura a beautiful balance.
Matured in several different oak barrels:
Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 12 months
Merlot barrels for 9 months
Sangiovese casks for 4 months
